Putin orders preparation of united national goal plan by Oct 1

MOSCOW, Aug 6 (PRIME) -- Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered the government to approve a united roadmap of reaching the national development goals until 2030 by October 1, according to the documents seen by PRIME on Kremlin’s website on Friday. 

Putin ordered to change the target number of the population in the national projects to reach an increase by 2025. 

He ordered the government to monitor people's income and support low-income Russians if needed. The report was scheduled for November 1, and every six months after that.

Putin also asked the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs to monitor pollution reduction on the facilities under the quotas in 12 cities participants in project Clean Air and to prepare the report until December 1. The union and the government shall offer punishment for non-fulfillment of the pollution reduction goals until December 1.

The president asked the heads of the regions to accelerate submission of applications for budget loans in order to finance infrastructure projects. The report was scheduled for October 1, after that for each six months.

Putin ordered the government and the central bank to launch cut-rate mortgage for private housing until December 1.
